It is great that they are clearly a vegan product. You get 60 of them in the container. I like the mix of Elderberry, Zinc and Folic Acid here and the fact that they mainly contain vitamins B, C, D is a good thing especially if you’re vegan as that’s one of the few vitamins you could be deficient in over a longer period of time. A really nice product if you have difficulty swallowing tablets or capsules.
