Was my first kalimba purchase from this store! The service was fast, shipping was faster and I couldnt be more thrilled with the quality of the product it tuned perfectly and holds its tune well, no dead keys and the rainbows that move across the body make it that little 'extra'. This is an absolutely beautiful kalimba. It is softer than my other hollow board kalimbas but every note is resonant and bell like. It is such a pleasure to play it. I can even pick it up late at night, play it and not disturb the neighbours. It arrived in perfect tune. I have had it some weeks and I haven't had to retune any of the notes. Thank you Little Kalimba Shop for making sure my kalimba was ready for playing when it arrived.
