Had an issue 3 days after receiving. Customer service was actually helpful. It turned out to be very minor and they suggested a change that fixed the problem. One of my cats likes to pee on the side sometimes and not directly in the litter. That can be a bit of an issue. Also on a mission to find a cat litter that works best with the machine.

Shipping was Fast and it was packaged very well. I ordered a complete Grey one, but was disappointed when I received a white and blue one. I purchased this a couple weeks ago , and my cats absolutely live it. I don't smell the cat box anymore when i walk in the door.
