My cat refused to go all the way into the litter box. He is a larger cat and would hang his butt out of the box and go to the bathroom. It caused the urine to run down the side and caused the smell. This is totally on my cat and not the machine. When he would go in and poop it did a great job cleaning and containing the waster in the baggie was GREAT! I would just recommend using with a kitten so they do not know any different rather than switching to it with an adult cat.

Some of the directions were printed so small that I had to use a magnifying glass to read. The disposal bucket is very small and if you have multiple cats you need to empty it about every other day. It does the job fairly well. Don't like that I have to take out the rubber stoppers every time that I want to clean the litter portion of the device. I would still recommend it for the price.

This is not solely direction to this litter box. The pricing is.crazy, even with the discount. Hoping it lasts a long time. Specifically, I did find set up a little difficult. The instructions are not that good in my opinion. It is also easy to tell that parts were written by someone who's first language is not English. It is just my observation. So far the operations seems good. And my cats are using it.
