Only been taking for a month but I think it’s making me feel better more energy

It's still a bit to early to see a difference, tomorrow will be the last day of the 20 day program and i have another 40 days to go. Skin has stayed the same, with a bit of an extra purge, however those purge was around that time of month so high possibility that it's linked to that. I am excited to see what will happen at the end of the next 40 days I will let you know then. Thanks

Overall, no major changes in skin quality. Perhaps it did get a little better but I can't be so sure since I still do get acne reappearing. Results may vary for everyone and maybe this just didn't work for me.

Since moving to Australia my skin has played up big time but since I’ve been taking these supplements it has helped a lot.
