I noticed the effects pretty quickly, like within about 30-60 mins. I was able to fall asleep much quicker and I compared my sleep scores on my Garmin and it was up by 30%! Have held off the review to give the product a fair go, and have found some improvement in my skin health. Has it cleared my issues, no it hasn't as my acne seems quite stubborn. The main difference I have noticed is it is not as aggressive all over my lower face but instead as one side clears the other then has outbreaks in a consistent alternating cycle.
