This didn’t help my supply increase, but it did help the quality. My milk became much thicker. But this is pricey! If you take as directed a jar is only doing to last about 10 days! That’s too expensive for me. So I took only 2 a day (instead of the recommended 6), perhaps that is why it didn’t help my supply. Still I’m happy with the results I got.
