Wonderful backdrop. Customer service is great too. I always got a timely response when I stretched out. My only minus was with the carriers. The tracking number has been updated, but not very often. Finally, I had to initiate an investigation at the USPS to track down my package. I don't blame Kate Backdrops for this, but I hope that my next purchase will go much more smoothly with the shipping.
