I highly recommend the Tib Bar Guy Sled Tread Tower. I use the sled for walking backwards under load and it works great for attaching bands for leg, knee and shoulder workouts. The tower is very sturdy and works excellent for hanging and pull-ups. It’s not cheap but it is very solid and worth the money.

I have had multiple style push sled and this design is my favorite. I love that the sled came with skis that work well on rubber flooring. The only thing that is missing on this sled is a ring for rope attachements. It is an easily remedied issue though. I would recommend this sled to anyone.

This sled is built to last. It’s heavy duty. Doesn’t feel light or cheap like from a box store. I’ve loaded it with 400#s and it handles it with ease. The double handles and the drag strap come with it, making this a really high value piece of equipment that is multi purpose. Great product.

Feels very sturdy and easy to use. I work from home and it’s great to walk over and get some stretching or other ATG exercises in. I wear size 10 shoes and my feet cover the entire slanted surface, so I’m unsure if it’s suitable to those with really big feet.
