Had that vacuum feeling my ears for years, especially in the morning often making me dizzy and giving me headache. I have been using the Zok for a week 3 times a day and it relieved a lot the pain. I haven't had a migraine since I started using my Zok. I have 2, one at home and one at work. I've had days where I felt migraines coming on, I know some of you know that feeling and both the pain and dread you feel because you know it's going to be horrendous for you, but every time, I use the Zok for about 45 minutes, just intermittently using in both ears, and during that time they stop progressing and go away. This little thing is a miracle to me.

I'll have to say I was skeptical at first, but I' ve been using my Zok for about 2 weeks, a couple times a day as needed and it has WORKED WONDERS! I don' t have migraines, but I've had pressure in my ears/head for a couple of years and this is the only thing that has worked!! Haven't been nauseous at all since using it!! Very glad I purchased!

I have Menieres Discase. This simple little device works super fast to lower the pressure in my bad ear when it spikes. It's a life saver to me when I feel a Meniere's attack coming on. Pop Zok in my ear, the pressure goes right down, and the full attack never sets in. Thank you, Zok!

Like many reviewers this little guy changed my life. If you've ever fantasized about drilling a hole in your head to relieve pressure this product is for you. This little guy helps relieve pressure and gets me through the day. I don't wait for a headache to appear to use it. I do it when I wake up and before I go to sleep and any other time I feel pressure building. Game changed!

I've had real ly bad tension headaches consistently for about 5 months now and nothing helped ease the pain. My neurologist prescribed NSAIDs, steroids, and even an antidepressant but none of it has worked so far. I gave this little guy a try and the pain has decreased dramatically. This has been amazing for my migraines! I' ve been using this for a few months now and am a very satisfied customer. Since I' ve used this I haven't had to take excedrin at all. I've only experienced twice where it didn't totally get rid of my migraine but I was able to downgrade it a lot and then take an aleve to totally knock it out. This does work especially for acute pressure headaches. Putting one of these Zok's in both ears at once, closing my eyes and letting them do their work seems to knock out 70% of the intensity of the headache if not eliminate it.

I have had chronic migraines since 15 years old and I am now 32. Amoungst all the medications I have tried, and different physical/mental therapies, the ZOK is in my top three. It’s been almost two months since I’ve purchased the ZOK. I have only had to use my prescription migraine triptan once. Zok has definitely helped me with vertigo and ear pressure. Whenever I feel fullness in my ears, I insert the end of the Zok in each ear, making sure the bulb is deflated prior to insertion. I usually count 30 secs each time and 5 times in each ear. It brings me so much relief every time. Zok is an absolute gem!

First, it feels good. It isn't a dramatic change right away necessarily but it does work. I notice that sometimes it works really quickly and sometimes I have to use it a few times. However, it always gets rid of my headaches while using it but sometimes takes a few uses for the headache to stay away. I suffer from chronic migraines so I use this lots and it's really fantastic.

I suffer from headaches due to a neck fusion I had in 2013. My neck gets tight when I’m stressed with work or I over do it at the gym. Zōk relief has helped me relieve tension in my head that causes headaches. What I like about it is , it’s not harmful to my body / kidneys like Ibuprofen or other pills. And it’s reusable. I find it works best for me using it regularly to relieve pressure each day. That’s what prevents my headaches the most , is using it regularly so I don’t get a headache.

I get headaches/migraines far too often. I’m the person that purchases the massive bottles of ibuprofen and has travel size bottles on hand literally everywhere I go. I was super anxious to try the ZŌK as I’d really like to stop relying on any meds for relief. I was shockingly surprised that first attempt instantly subsided the intensity of it. I bought this because I have inner ear pressure because my ears don’t drain well. It doesn’t fix the problem but it does help with uncomfortable pressure and sometimes pain. The device kinda mimics the way your ears feel after a plain ride. I use it almost daily to relieve some of the discomfort.
