I love this product! It works for me every time. I bought this a while back & used it here & there for general pressure headaches. I would say it was about 50% effective. However, in my second trimester nearly every day I experience painful pressure in my head/face that would set in every afternoon. When I remembered to try this it provided relief immediately! I'll be keeping this close for the rest of my pregnancy.

It really works. I can’t say it gets rid of a full fledged migraine but if I take it at the first sign, I have deterred a migraine many times by taking it. It tastes really good. Sort of like a berry lemonade. It dissolves easy in a shaker bottle. I highly recommend!

I’m able to get out and have lunch or join in activities with friends & family, without the interruption of a migraine. I love spending time with my 1 year old grand niece. She enjoys hearing herself, screaming with a screeching sound that would have normally induced a migraine, but since I having been taking Zok’s Migranium, I have had only one migraine. Thank god for this product what a life changer ive had chronic migraines, for the last 8 years, I have tried every single medication that there is, and this is the only thing that has stopped. I have suffered with migraines since childhood. The amount of OTC pain medication was affecting my health. The prescription migraine medications often times leave me loopy and tires. Zok has helped me reduce the amount of medicine I have to take. I use it when I feel a migraine coming on, and I use it pre-emptively everyday to try to keep the migraines at bay. Just woke up with a migraine (pain, pressure, visual disturbances) and used this ear bulb for 10 minutes along with popping my ears and lots of swallowing action and literally 10mins later, I’m 85% better! Or when I just need that extra relief on a very overcast day when the pressure too much. I actually use it daily before work but I also have one at work.
