The waiting time was a little longer than initially expected, but we were informed that they were changing suppliers and I was kept informed the entire time during the whole process. The finished hoodies was more than worth the wait as it is clearly a premium product that will last for years. My nieces were thrilled with their personalised hoodies and it is the only hoodie they have been wearing since recieving it.
