The pillow was recommended by my physical therapist. It is really good. The only downside is that it took a long time to get here from China. FYI.

Use my pillow to sleep on my side and back. Works great. However to sleep on my side best I need to use a small pillow under my rib cage to take some weight off my shoulders and provide a "tunnel" for my arm. Also have the back rest which works great and the knee pillow. Jury is still out on the knee pillow. Seems awfully small. Also it trueley stank when I got it and took three days to air out.

I ordered my pillow and have been using it for about a week. I woke up with a headache the first morning, but since then I have slept great. I. wanted to start sleeping on my back and now I do 99% of the time. My eyes look.a little better!

This comfort fit foam pad allowed my mother to be able to sit in a chair. No other chair pad worked for her. She had severe spinal stenosis and deteriorating discs due to long term prednisone use. I'm still getting used to it, but it seems to be the right height, is comfortable, and is supportive whether I'm on my back or on my side. I'm not sure if it will make a difference to my snoring, but I'm hopeful! All in all, I'm pleased with my purchase.

Would've given it a 5 star rating if it was thicker. Not high enough for a 6'4", 215 pound man. But well constructed with good support and cushion. Good customer service. Average delivery time for being out of the country. But the tracking number didn't work. I probably won't return because their policy says it needs to be in sealed original packing and I obviously took it out to try it. I'll use it in the guest room.

Had a bit of trouble getting used to it, but most of the time sleep well with it once I fall asleep. I am a side sleeper and have trouble relaxing and finding a comfortable position for my arms. The knee pillow doesn’t seem to help like i thought it would.

It took awhile for the pillow to arrive but now that I have received it, I like it. It performs exactly as it was advertised. I appreciate the way it keep my neck cradled and aligned and allows my shoulders to rest in a comfortable position. In short, my sleep has improved significantly thanks to my pillow.

I bought this pillow hoping the claims that it would ease neck pain. It did! I have purchased a second pillow for my 30-something son, who has sleep issues.... I'm hopeful, and will add to this review when he gives feedback. I gave 4 stars only because I wish the pillow was a bit larger. It does not fit in any of my pillow cases.

I absolutely love it. The only issue i have with the product is their covers. They catch a lot of lint and that looks so ugly. The pillow cover's lint get my hair stuck into them. I am hoping this issue gets sorted out.
