This is the second Ecoden bamboo charcoal pillow we've purchased (that's a recommendation right there, isn't it! ;0) Honestly, at first, I wasn't sure how this pillow would work. It seemed like the 'cradle' might be restrictive. However, (yes, pillow number 2), it's fantastic. Both my wife and I don't sleep on any other pillow now that we have this one. It supports our neck and shoulders in a very helpful way.

After buying the first one, I realised you sell a bigger pillow which I purchased, together with an extra cover. This pillow gave me an unbelievable sleep. The first night using it, I woke up with NO neck stiffness. I highly recommend it even if you don'y have neck pain. It actually helps with not getting wrinkles too...as it keeps you sleeping on your back and not squishing your face up. Two for one deal...lol

Love it! Much lighter weight than older models of tempurpedic pillows, so I was thrown off guard when it first arrived. I didn't think it would be sufficient enough; however, after a few nights of sleeping, my neck tension went away. It perfectly supports my side sleeping and back sleeping positions!!!
