The pillow arrived very quickly after purchase. The small size works well for travel and has a bag as well. I do not find that it has made a lot of difference to my sleep but it is better than my previous pillow as far as comfort.

The pillow doesn’t fit my neck very well, my head still feels lifted, however from the higher side it does keep my head in place. I use the lower side instead but then it doesn’t keep my head in the same place. So I am still getting neck and shoulder ache, so not really the pillow for me.
