I appreciate this knee pillow and am still adjusting to using it after a few weeks. I find it is helpful to my alignment overall as a side sleeper. I will continue to use it. It is also a great prop on top of my pillow when I am reading in bed!

I have had the pillow for about two months. It took some getting use to but I believe it helps keep my upper spine properly aligned when sleeping leading to less neck pain and pressure on the nerves that cause tingling in ly arms and hands. This was the main reason for my purchase so I am cautiously optimistic that using Ecoden pillow has helped these issues.

The pillow is well made and comfy. Makes a difference when sleeping on your side as it aligns your body properly. But you do have to move it around as your sleep position changes. That doesn’t bother me.

I sleep very well with this pillow and it’s quite nice. My only complaint is that it’s very small. Like in every way, it’s thin and short. Other than that I love it. Probably wouldn’t buy it again unless they came out with a bigger one.

The eye covers for perfectly and work well. The pillows looked too thin, but are great for back sleeping. On mt side I do add a thin pillow underneath it to get the correct space and avoid shoulder pain.

This pillow has done wonders for my neck pain! I'm amazed at how after just the second night using it I woke up free of pain and no headache. My only drawback is I wish it was thinner, or that my head sunk further into the pillow. I still feel like my head is too high when I use it so I struggle to fall asleep. But still overall a huge win!

The pillow is okay but could be amazing with some tweaks for different body sizes. I love the concept of the tapered middle section for proper neck angle. The hump where the back of the neck/head rests before the pillow begins to taper down for the rest of the head is the issue. I do not have a very long neck. Pillows always seemed to do either back or side sleeping - not both. I don't want my head propped up the way that most memory foam pillows do, but I need something thicker as I roll to my side. This does both really well. The hollow in the middle is wonderful for back sleeping and then when you roll to a side the bolsters are right there waiting for you. I also use it to elevate my head when watching TV in bed. It fits nicely between the legs. If I move around a lot at night it really doesn’t stay put. Probably if it had Velcro straps it would stay where it belongs a little easier.
