I purchased two air fresheners. One of them was visibly bent in the package before I took it out. The bend was where the hanger is attached. They arrived in a soft bubble wrap lined envelope, which did not prevent things from getting bent during the shipping process.

I had ordered this for Valentine's day for my husband & I ordered it after the time frame so I didn't get it on Valentine's day. But when I did receive it, it was exactly like they said it would look. My husband loved it & love the fact that the flavor was bacon. We love this! I was a bit nervous at first since I didn't get to see the cut out image before it was shipped and didn't know if my photo was going to be good enough but I can definitely tell that the design was carefully cut out by humans and not automated by a machine and (potentially) partially cut off.
