Fabulous lamp, just what we were looking for. The customer service and delivery were exceptional once more, this is our second purchase and we can't recommend Perfect Rooms and Mike enough.

The mirror was just what we wanted and is excellent quality. We spoke to Mike on the phone as we were just outside the delivery distance and he arranged a drop off the next day for us. The customer service was second to none and we will definitely be making more purchases. Thank you Mike.

Product was exactly as described. In great shape. I already had the sofa set from oakfurnitureland and needed an extra stool which would have been about £170 more expensive. Delivery was great, fast and I was kept well informed. Would definitely make more purchases.

A beautiful artisan rug at a significantly cheaper price than the retailer. It’s perfect! The pictures online do not do it justice…it has so many subtle shades, the artisan quality is evident, and it’s just what I wanted as a focal point in the area just off my kitchen. Initially there were problems with Parcelforce but the seller intervened and took the item direct to the depot so it arrived to me quickly. The seller acted fast and very good communication. Lovely selection of items. Will use again.

I had seen the artwork in oak furniture and they said it was 9 weeks delivery and would cosy £15 for delivery. Room perfect delivered in 3 days and for £10.

Delivery was really quick and I was kept informed the whole time. The mirror has an imperfection that I was made aware of whilst buying and I was asked to check again during delivery that I was ok with this. You can hardly see the bubble and we are really happy with the mirror in our hallway. Thank you, we will be ordering again with you in future

I love this ceramic dish I bought from Room Perfected! I bought it alongside a piece of furniture and added it to my basket as a little extra treat! It was such a bargain and completes my dining room table centrepiece beautifully.

Mike was very honest about this nest of tables and posted a picture of its “imperfections” on his website. I have yet to find them as they are not visible at all making this a real bargain. I have split this into a coffee table and two side tables. Very chunky, very heavy and very good quality again. We are very happy with this purchase.

Good communication with the company re the actual colour of the rug which was listed as black and white. It is more of a beige colour, but was made aware of this prior to purchasing. Very happy with the product.

For a while I had been wanting this coffee table from LaRedoute, but priced at an eye watering £650 I couldn’t justify the cost. When I saw it listed at less than a third on Room Perfected I snapped it up! Deliveries to London aren’t as frequent but Mike’s regular communication throughout the transaction was amazing. 5 stars for the product, but also 5 stars on outstanding customer service and delivery. I have got in touch about the rug on Wednesday and it got delivered on Saturday already! Super fast delivery and super quality! Couldn’t be happier with it. The room looks cozier and most importantly cats have approved it.

Second Rug From Mike! If you can see i have layered this on top of the previous one cream& black The black rug is a slighter smaller size but works perfect where the coffee table is.

I am a sucker for anything rattan and these chairs are gorgeous! The backing is smooth and the cushions firm but soft, they really fit the space perfectly.
