BEWARE DO NOT BUY. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. THEY SEND YOU A PRODUCT THAT MY 5 YEAR OLD CAN OUT TOGETHER WITH GLUE SPILLING OUT IF EVERYWHERE. THE STRAPS ARE SO LONG THEY DONT EVEN PROPERLY HOLD THE SHOE IN PLACE. THE VELCRO DOESN'T EVEN TOUCH TO CLOSE BECAUSE STRAPS ARE SOOO LONG. REACHED OUT AND NOW SUDDENLY THEY STOPPED RESPONDING WHEN I ASKED FOR A REFUND. THEIR 30 DAY GUARANTEE IS A LIE.

The shoes are absolutely adorable, and they are soooo flexible and bendy. We tried on shoes at a name brand store, and the shoes were way too stiff. Only problem with the these shoes are that they are way too big...like a whole inch. She is 14 months old, and she is in the 99th percentile for height. So, she likely has a big foot, but she didn't fit in the 12-18 month shoe. It is strange that her foot is too small for the shoe. The shoes took a very long time to ship, as well, and I wonder about...

The hood stays on really well, too. Extremely happy with this purchase. I wasn't able to find real down fill and this gorgeous pink color anywhere else!
