I bought this product for my mother, as she had been a smoker for many, many years, and as a result has ended up with COPD and emphysema. When I got my first bottle I followed the instructions. A couple days later I was breathing better and felt I had found the answer. About 2 weeks later it did not seem to be working. Didn't make sense. So I changed how I was taking it. I now take one capsule in the morning and one at night before going to bed. I feel that is working for me. I have more days of better breathing. I still get shortness of breathe during the day but it is manageable.

i believe it has helped my breathing a lot. my SPO2 was consistently below 95% and since I've been taking Lung support it is averaging 97% my latest bottle has a menthol smell and taste. I'm not sure I like that.

I had tried the old formula (before the Mullein) and I liked it very much. However, in the meantime, I tried a couple OTHER brands with different ingredients and they were mediocre at best.
