Best coffee/energy drink alternative Bettermind helps me wake up in the morning and gives me energy throughout the day, it also helps me cut back on caffeine. I was drinking around 500mg of caffeine a day, and betterbrand powers me throughout the morning and afternoon with only 75mg of caffeine.

I've tried several alcohol aids, and I used to prefer Cheers. Now BetterMorning is definitely my #1. I asked their support if I can take extra for those "crazy nights" and they said to take a double dose in those situations, just passing it on!
