Love it. For any of the asthmatics out there this has helped a lot with getting unwanted mucus out of my lungs from a previous URTI. Helps tremendously getting the “tough mucus” that wont come out but makes you wheeze. Would highly recommend. Vital to follow directions on timing of the vitamin but the tea has been my own preference. I drink the tea in the morning and evening before bed. Will be ordering more!
