I took it with my fiance this morning. After 4 or 5 hours we were still feeling good/alert. Didn't feel like we needed any coffee to get through that afternoon tired spell. Love it! The feeling of alertness definitely lasted longer than a cup of coffee. Really cool.

Wanted to wait to give you a fair review until we finished the bottle and went a couple weeks without it. Huge difference without it. I personally found that I gained more benefit taking half a scoop in the morning, and another half scoop mid-day, since I used my other preworkout around my 5am workout time. We’d love to order more this week

We have ordered our second one and stopped drinking Spark, and others. Here’s the truth: 1. It taste amazing (no chemical taste) 2. Yes it wakes u up and gives sustained energy. 3. We haven’t felt a drop or crash and can’t even tell when it wears off. 4. So many vitamins/nutrients 5. Other supplement energy drinks have given me heartburn due to the chemicals. Hey bro. I really liked it. Currently, with pre-workout I don't always take it every morning because sometimes I don't go to the gym. And on those mornings I feel laggy.
