They are great, only had them 2 weeks but they are the best wellies I’ve ever worn, yes expensive but your feet deserve to be looked after and these wellies are so comfy to wear, the grip has been fantastic, I walk our dog 3 or 4 times a day for an hour at a time on muddy, uneven and some flat areas and a low ankle deep stream and the comfort is so good I can just carry on walking, my feet size are UK size 9.5 for trainers and shoes so obviously got size 10, they feel perfect, very very happy.

Love these boots, very comfortable, although I ordered a size 5, I wish I had ordered a size 5 & 6 to compare, i have kept the 5 as couldn't be bothered sending them back then ordering a 6 for them to be to big, and having to reorder a 5. Second pair of Muckboots that failed to last 6 months of dog walking. The first pair bought autumn 2022, a pair of RHS short boots split at the toe within 6 months; left one first after 4 months, patched up and the right one 2 months later. I put it down to bad design, it was spring and i got on with life November 2023 bought this pair of Artic Explorers. Heel has delaminated in less than 3 months use, and I was away for 4 of those weeks One failure I can accept but 2 suggests poor quality

I love my tall arctic boots which I’ve had for years but after a bad experience with the outscape boots I was anxious about buying more. I needn’t have worried, these are as comfortable and hard wearing as the other arctics, I’ve not had them off since they arrived. I’m on my feet all day and they’ve given me no issues at all, and the soles have a good grip. The wide ankle might let heavy rain in, that’s my only down side, but I have my tall ones for those days.

I usually wear (UK sizes): Clarks 10G or 10H, Adidas 10.5, Dubarry 44 wide, Ecco 44. These short boots were slightly big but not big enough to warrant a size down. After experimenting with insoles, I fixed the issue by adding a heel cushion sole (one of those gel thingies for the heel only). The internal insole is removable, so I suspect that replacing that with a thicker insole would probably do the trick, too. No rubber boot is ever going to be stylish but this does the job.
