Being a dog walker I have worn 2 pairs of wellies through to leaks this year so thought I'd try these ones as they came highly recommended. I have larger calves and find it hard to tuck trousers into boots or wellies. These were ample for tucking trousers in and wearing thicker socks (although they were warm enough without thicker socks). Very comfortable and no calf cramps! I love them and they look good too.

This boot wax is very good and really does stop your boots from splitting. I live by the sea and salt water is very punishing on all boots / shoes. Since rinsing off the salt and applying the wax each week - it has extended the life of my boots to the point where I have not experienced any splits at all. A worthwhile investment, revitalises the boot where it looks like new again and I would have no hesitation in recommending this product.

This is my first pair of muck boots, and I love them. I got the ankle boots, they rubbed slightly at the back where the boot has to bend. Not enough to cause a blister though. After a few wears with long socks they don’t rub anymore. I use them for walking my dog.

I think these top them all: look great in this colour; hard-wearing yet comfortable with this insole, fleece lining and very thick neoprene- altogether very impressed! I imagine welly boots have to have a space they are slightly bigger. they are extremely comfortable. And I believe this is necessary for mobility and comfort. So they are not a size 4. They are just a bigger 3 with more space for comfort.

This is my second pair. The first pair lost the toggles very quickly and then split in under a year. The customer service provided by muck boot was exceptional. They seem to have changed the plastic toggle for metal now so fingers crossed this pair will last. They are great light boots which I love and the draw string stops hay and shavings from filling your boots.
