This is the best sleep sack I’ve found!! It’s super soft. It’s not a mile long like other sacks that I sent back (my baby it 90% in height and all other sacks ordered seem to have been built for giant babies). For those complaining about the zipper in the middle of the night please use common sense! There’s literally no need to unzip the entire thing for middle of the night diaper changes. It is so soft! The inside layer is a very soft cotton. It isn't super thick, but has some weight to it. My son seems very comfortable in it. The quality is great, too! The seems feel very secure. The only thing that might be of concern is that the front has two sewn-on stars that could possibly fall off in the future. Definitely double-check measurements! This works great! My son is on the smaller side 20-30 percentile so it s a little big but if I roll the sleeves he can still get around easier than in a bag. Our bedrooms are in the basement and it s been hard keeping a consistent temp with a space heater. This is a lightweight cotton sleep sack, which I expect to be perfect for hot summer nights. My son doesn't like to be wrapped tightly at all, and these sleep sacks are preferable to the ones that are sleeveless because it allows free movement while still not requiring a second layer for arm coverage. Our newborn is what some may call a swaddle ninja. He constantly moves his arms and legs which made using the traditional blankets or the newer Velcro wraps difficult.
