A really great way of trying new beans each month from roasters I've never heard of; some are def more to my tastes than others, but I've never had a dull one. Also love the broadsheet-style info of the baristas and teams behind all of the beans I've tried especially tinkering with my Aeropress with the brew times provided.

Sourcing quality filter beans is tricky but I've been able to rely on the monthly delivery of beans from Thieves.
