I love the concept and availability of options, and while the result was nice, I expected more for the price. Some edges were wavy (i.e., lines weren't clean), and only the top and bottom of the letters were polished - the outside edges were left "raw," making the piece look unfinished. Overall, I'm satisfied with the necklace and am glad I went with the stainless steel for everyday wear since I'll get a lot of life out of it and not have to stress too much about keeping it in perfect condition.
