A little bit of a learning curve compared to normal tooth paste but great after that. During my cleaning visit my dentist was ranting and raving on the difference in my gum test. Then changed her mind once I said it was a flouride free paste. She told me that maybe I should cut back on it and just use it here and there. Yea ok!

I burnt my thumb on a hot plate. Didn't realize it was still plugged in a grabbed it hitting my thumb on the plate. Hurt like crazy. Grabbed the Doc and started rubbing it on. Love Doc Spartan. Use it to heal cuts and scraps quickly. I even use on my dog who gets staph sores and after using chlorohexidine to kill the infection then I use Dr Spartan to heal the wounds quickly. I use on areas he does not lick, not sure whether it would be harmful if ingested, but it works great where he tends not to lick.

So far the Sex Panther is my favorite, but all smell great and they work! I work outside year round and go to the gym regularly. It’s nice having a natural deodorant that actually works. My only reason for not giving it 5 stars is my lemongrass doesn’t really smell... I’ve ordered the lemongrass scent before and it smells great, but for some reason the one in my trio pack doesn’t smell at all.
