The carring case is awesome. The problem is the head strap. That snap on piece for the back of the head does not stay attached. If I take the unit out of the carrying case, putting it on or off, it pops off. I have been tempted to try to glue it to stay in place. Unless you have any suggestions.

These are beautifully made and fit over the eyepieces with precision and offer no obstruction or discomfort on my face. Sadly, I used the short-sighted part of my vari-focal prescription which seems not to be right, so I can't review the optical quality. My advice would be to get a 'standard' prescription first if you're in my situation - I imagine if the optics are as well done as the rest then this would be a perfect addition.

Took just over week to arrive and considering I can get items from further abroad I do think that delivery could be faster. I already knew how great they were after buying one for my nephew and let me tell you, I didn’t remember half of how good it is!! Gone are the days of spending 10 minutes faffing with the strap and still having an uncomfortable fit. I had some issues with the first one I received. The charging port on the back was loose and wouldn't hold the cable in while I played and wouldnt charge the actual headset while plugged in. The wonderful customer service team ended up sending me a new one and I've had no issues with it. I really want to thank the makers of this product and the customer service team for working so well with me and being so nice about getting me a replacement.

I love the product. Was super easy to put together on the MQ3.
What I like: Looks better, far more comfortable, extends the battery by more than I care to use it for in one use, balances the head nicely, the twist on twist off is easy to adjust when I want to show my kids something.
What I didn’t like so much: the twist knob is directly behind the head, so resting my head back against a chair is annoying. Would be better if it was on the side a bit.
