Honestly no problems, I saw reviews about the usb c connection breaking and the foam on the back falling off but I’ve had no problems, leaving it plugged in to charge is no problem, the lights are decent and waste none of the battery and it definitely helps gaming, the comfort is wayyyyyy better than the original so overall pretty good!

Putting it and taking it off… sooo much easier. Adjusting for different head sizes couldn't be easier and you can tighten it up a bit more when you are doing something really active and it stays put.

I have a large head and found the OEM head strap loose and uncomfortable. Once I got the NordquestVR figured out (large head issues) it doesn’t move an inch and is super comfortable. I’m buying then for friends as presents!

I have tried other comfort straps but they don't compare to the comfort of this strap! It takes the pressure off the frontal sinus cavities below your eyes. For anyone who suffers from chronic sinus pressure, this strap is a must. The pressure is transferred to the forehead portion of the strap. Love the head strap with the battery pack. It fits our whole families heads perfectly and is a lot more comfortable than the one the Mets quest 3 comes with. The battery pack is a great addition too. However it only provides like an hour or two longer playtime from our experience not 6 as advertised.

The strap is great honestly it’s extremely comfortable. It’s well-made and extends the battery life. I’m not even sure by how much because I have yet to even come close to running out a battery. I love the battery life on these! The weight distribution is ideal for longer play times, as well. It fits so much more snug for a more immersive experience: i.e. the draw band pulls the face cushion in to help block outside light from intruding. Great product!

Definitely more comfortable than the factory strap, obviously adds weight but is better balanced. Haven’t had the time to really test out the battery life yet but in the past I’ve needed to attach a cable which is a pain, will definitely solve that problem

Even with the battery pack my kid's headset seems to still always be dead when we go to play. But, although this attachment doesn't fix absentmindedness, it does last a very long time. And, because the straps and cushions fit so much more ergonomically than the factory strap, I really don't feel as much fatigue from the extra weight as I imagined I would. The adjustment knob in the back seems durable... I just hope it lasts as long as the battery, because the headset would be rendered completely...

Product arrived in perfect packaging, well protected. According to tracking it was sitting at ports for quite a while but still made it in time for Xmas. Very satisfied.

We have 3 VR’s and each one has received the upgrade to this strap! It is the best especially with the longer battery life. Love that they have all been just slightly different in color variations so that it’s easier for everyone to tell theirs apart from the others as well.

There should be a better design for the USB-C that plugs into the side of the headset. I find it sticks out too far. I've already bent mine. I'm afraid its going to break off.

The only complaint I have, was that I was under the impression this came with a replacement face accessory too, not just the battery pack and new back plate; was sad when I got the package and realized this wasn' the case, as these were for me and my girlfriend's son, so we could play together more comfortably.
