The product is great, just what I wanted - a reusable q-tip. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because even though the quality is great I wish that one of the sticks had two normal rounded q-tip ends instead of one rounded end and one pointy end. The second stick has two rough-edged ends. My preference would have been one regular stick with two normal rounded q-tip ends and the other stick with the two odd ends, one for the pointy end and the other for the rough-edged end. They are very neatly packaged and like that there is a container to store them in. I have been using it for a week and so far, so good. I am concerned about keeping them dry after washing it after use but it hasn't been a problem, really. I love that I am not throwing a q-tip away every time I use it.
