Very useful! I’m using it every time I have zoom meeting, training via zoom, @work when i’m in front of the computer and when i’m at home using my gadgets. I’m at peace even if i’m using my gadgets 75% of the time knowing that i have This as my protection against phone radiation & blue light. I also use this outdoor for 100% UV protection. 😁

I have 5 visioneer/fievre glasses and 4 more glasses from the other brands and this was the best glasses I’ve ever had 4 in 1 na I swear. I wear this at work and while doing my online schoolworks also super helpful when you’re outside and turns into sunglass ‘cause it’s sun-adaptive.
