Overall a very nice experience! Great presentation by Stephan, he is very kind, funny and approachable, knowledgeable and he truly cares. He is even better in person than in his videos 🙂. Dr. Bobby was a very nice addition, he was charismatic, smart and presented useful information. However, I did feel discriminated against by a black woman on the staff.. the tall boxy one wearing all black (in Chicago), on 2 occasions. No, it's not just in my head, it happened. So, that was disappointing....
