Timing the workouts have been challenging. I feel better when I can get it done early in the morning. Having enough fuel for the exercise for that morning is extremely hard when I want to have a shake before without waking up my neighbors. I often work out in a fasted state, when it’s cardio, or a h.I.I.t., but I don’t have enough energy for a resistance workout and I don’t perform as hard as I would like. It becomes very frustrating!
