My waist is 33-34 inches, and I was in between a size S or M, I chose size small and it’s perfect. I wouldn’t go smaller or larger. It’s not like up my butt crack in an uncomfortable way, and it’s not too tight strangling my thighs/crotch area. It’s thick and very comfortable while super flattering. It’s totally worth it!
