It's everthing as advertised. It's winter here so I won't be using it till summer but I have no dought that it will perform good the quality is second to none.

The 75 qt. cooler is top shelf, rugged, perfectly shaped with no protruding top or edges with great features like the wheels, rack and divider at a very competitive price versus the competition. Oh, forgot to mention it holds it’s cold for as long as any other injunction modeled cooler on the market. Fact is if it holds ice for 5-7 days who gives a rip if the next model claims there’s holds ice for 8 days. Big deal. This IS my favorite cooler and I can pick it up by myself.

I have an older cooler with the old style latches and one broke. They were out of stock so I inquired about getting new ones. Kris responded quickly to my email and even though they were out of stock he was able to invoice me for 2 for when they were back in stock! Once the shipment came in they got them right out to me. The customer service is above and beyond!

Been going to Cape Lookout/Davis Island cabins for 5 years. Got stuck in a tropical storm last year, the cooler I had just didn't cut it as far as keeping ice and food cold. Bought a Hooked cooler this year before our trip, it worked awesome! Well worth the money! Also appreciate you being a veteran owned business.

Bought this cooler for my wife’s birthday so she’d have something to pack her drinks and food in. Perfect size for the boat and even loaded down with drinks and ice, easy to carry with the carry handle.

Second cooler pad I’ve ordered. Ordered first cooler without and then a second with it and lived the way it looked and felt; had to order a cooler pad for the first one after that!! Great products, high quality!!

Hooked coolers have surpassed Yeti in our experience. We have taken both on the same trip and the ice stays longer in our Hooked cooler than the yeti.Hooked coolers are also true to size measurements internally where the Yeti measurements are external measurements. We will always buy Hooked coolers ( the 25 is 1 of 3 ( 2 -75s ) great product and very reasonably priced.

Bought this cooler about a month ago & took it to a soccer tournament where the temperature was between 85-90° Performed well under the conditions. Has had ice in the cooler for three days! Love the Lifetime warranty!! Mike

I'm late at writing this, but better late than never... we originally bought a Hooked cooler as it was the closest match to our new Grady we're expecting in October, we we're looking at Yeti's, and I'm soo glad we went with the Hooked... we had a party and actually forgot to empty it out for srveral days... I expected to tip it over and pour out the water, to my surprise there was about 2" of water and tons of ice. It would be my first choice if I buy another one and highly recommend them... pl...

I took it out on a camping trip for a couple days and still had ice on day three. Only thing I would suggest is bigger wheels to make it easier to pull through tough terrain and sand

It’s a great cooler but a little heavy for one person to load in the truck which I knew before I purchased it. But it preforms better than a Yeti. Yes I would recommend it. Very satisfied.

Ordered it, received it but have not used it yet. Arrived in 3 days no damage at all. Looks very well made. Had planned top use it at Porsche Club event this weekend at VIR for first time but had to cancel out. Can't wait to give this thing a try!

I bought to for my 115. Each holds a nice amount of whatever I put in it. Use it to keep my containers dry and separate from my cold drinks. They are easily removable.

Great divider! It fits perfectly and can also be used as a cutting board or small table top as there are molded grooves on the upper portion of the inside of the cooler that the tray fits in perfectly. Great item at a great price!

This thing is huge on the inside unlike a lot of the other large coolers were the inside is very small. Overall very happy with it the wheels roll very smooth on concrete and everything seems sturdy. Better than my buddies yeti for sure.

#1 love how the lid stays open when filling with ice. My Yeti lids always shut on me in the middle of loading the ice chest. Freaking annoying. #2 love the molded ruler for measuring fish. #3 love the integrated wheels because theses boxes have some weight to them. Full they can be a problem by yourself. Overall, I am a customer for like. Will NEVER purchase another yeti. Thx

like every thing about the cooler. Would like to make a suggestion on the larger ones. drain plug on opposite side of hard handle is great for flat ground. when i put the cooler in my truck. i have to pull cooler out and turn around to drain off the tail gate. I would be a huge fan if you had drains on both ends of the cooler. As far as i know no other cooler offers that.

The best cooler I have owned, just love it. The price is perfect and get compliments on it all the time. Keeps my food and beverages cold for days and never lets me down. The built in bottle openers are such a nice touch and take it on the road with me for softball tournaments 2-3 times a month year round.

Drain plug is good. I dropped it in the water while draining the cooler. Maybe some sort of tether on the plug could prevent this. Especially if you lose one at the beginning of a trip, you are hosed. Luckily ours was at the end. Cooler is awesome 👍

I love love love my cooler so far! It arrived just in time for a big beach trip and I packed it full. Everything was a great temperature when we arrived at our destination! We then filled it with ice and used it daily out on the beach, only refilling the ice on day 4! Love it so far !

I received my cooler 3 days before my camping trip. I was camping at a lake in central California with the temperature of 100 plus. It held the ice very well, even though I used a bag everyday because everyone took a turn buying ice, but in reality I could’ve skipped a day. Before, with my old ice chest I went through 2 bags a day. The only downside is the wheels don’t roll through wood chips or dirt very well. Bigger wheels would’ve helped. Other than that, I’m very happy with my new investment...

Better than expected, high quality and finish, got the tan colored one so it won’t look dirty, hinges are stout and the top seals water tight but not hard to open.

I bought this for a different brand 35 Q cooler. This divider fit perfectly. Had never heard of Hook coolers until I read a review from the cooler I bought that stated Hook upgrades would fit perfectly! My cooler had the grove for a divider, but no add ons for purchase. The divider from Hook fit perfectly. If I had heard of Hook coolers before my purchase I would have bought one--

Put coolers was easy to deal with considering that the color that I originally wanted was not available. They were very helpful and remedying the situation by adding in a divider and basket for free. Keeps everything old as it should. No condensation on the outside of cooler even after several days is a big plus too ! A little heavier than thought it would be but still ok. The solid handle that comes with cooler is fine but I think the soft handle might be better.
