Great customer service and that's a plus in my book. The cooler is well built and the optional tray and divider are a must. The wheels add extra convenience and are a must for my leisure activities. I've had my share of Igloo and Coleman coolers and looking forward to using my Hooked 75

I absolutely love this cooler! The wheels make is roll so easily and the rubber feet keep it in place when you want it to. I was worried that the rubber latches would be very hard to latch but found them actually pretty easy to latch. I would highly recommend this cooler!

We go camping every weekend all summer long, Thursday thru Sunday. I have had several coolers in my life, None of them kept ice like they claimed to. I had to ice almost every day. When the temps are 90s. With this Cooler and Temps in the 90s I add ice on Thursday and we are good til we get home on Sunday night. There is still ice in the cooler. Nice cooler. So far so good. Although the lid sweats all the time. I work construction with no shade while building bridges. Does the lid need more insulation, cause my ice does not last past 2 days.

Perfect for dividing the 115. We bought 2. Now there’s a kids drink spot, water spot, and adult beverage spot. No more dipping hand deep in the mix only to be disappointed by pulling out a soda instead of my beer.

Awesome cooler, only had a chance to take it out for 3 days so far but held ice amazing with kids opening and shutting it all day. My only complaint, I researched several brands over time to invest this much money in a cooler, I wish they would have had the sea foam color we wanted in stock. I waited a few weeks to place the order in hopes it would restock but it didn’t. Need the cooler for a trip, had to settle for other color.

I have been super impressed with this cooler. I purchased the tan 115 and I think the only complaint I have is the overall weight of the cooler, which is to be expected with a cooler this size and is really unavoidable and understandable. Took it out on the boat, the day after getting it. Put it up front in full sun w 2 10lb bags of ice. Never moved in the 3 to 5 foot waves we had that day b/c of the rubber grip feet. Held the ice for 3 days w tons of opening. GREAT PRODUCT

I purchased this cooler to take on an elk hunting trip to Colorado. We were tent camping in a National Forest and I needed a cooler that would maintain ice for several days. Used a couple times since getting last week, my only criticism is that there should be an option to buy a longer strap handle. When utilizing the wheels the strap isn't long enough and cooler keeps hitting me in the calf or I have to take weird baby steps instead of striding out pulling the cooler behind me.

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! OUTSTANDING COOLER!! So, the first one came in damaged in shipping. It had a dent. I contacted Hooked company, and they shipped out another one, FEDEX the next day. I am very happy with the 75 cooler we got a few weeks ago. The weather has been cool here, but iced down beers lasted 5 days. Not too crazy about the split rubber latch-I like T latch better, like on the smaller coolers, but just my preference. The built in bottle opener is a bonus and love the wheels for easy transport. Overall, a nice heavy duty cooler that will get lots of beach and boating use. Thumbs up too for the bonus tumbler. Keeps iced drinks cold all day!
