We did some experimenting and made the most delicious drink o think I’ve ever had with the Honey Syrup. The flavor is so nuanced in this recipe I can’t wait to have it again. We called it the Honey Pie and the recipe is 2 oz vodka, 1/2 Oz key lime juice, 1/2 Oz simple syrup and 1/2 Oz Proof Honey Syrup. Shake it with ice and strain into a martini glass. It’s sooooo refreshing and delicious. Perfect tartness and subtley sweet. The honey flavor sneaks up on you and smoothes it all out.

I've tried Proof Pecan and Maple Bacon, Both are outstanding. Pour in the right mixture of Proof our your favorite Bourbon, add lots of crushed ice, let it rest for about 5-10 minutes - Heaven!!!

Saw an advertisement four proofs syrup in Florida and ordered it shipped to my home in Michigan. Just got back and made a bourbon old-fashioned which was wonderful! Proofs syrup is by far the best old-fashioned cocktail syrup I’ve ever tried. I’ll be ordering more, thank you!

The Proof Traditional is awesome by itself ,however, I added about a half oz of Woodford reserve cherry juice and cherry. And of course 2 oz of Woodford Reserve. I have also used a flavor infused (clove and smoke, cinnamon ) rye with this syrup which was also very tasty. I have an Infuser and used Bulleit Rye.

Not having to house all of the ingredients necessary to make an Old Fashion is such a Plus with Proof. I purchased a 91% Burbon in error so I doubled the recommended Proof, added a little simple syrup and juice from the orange peel. (Yea! I'm a light weight) Visual appearance: Pork Belly Bacon Strip! I usually use my Proof to make great Old Fashioneds... but this is the “Fitzgerald”! Generally made similarly to a Whiskey Sour but with Gin and Bitters. First let me tell you about the product. Proof syrup old fashions are great. I don’t like my old fashions too sweet so I double the whiskey portion. We had a lot of fun with this one! Not only did we make candied bacon to go with these fantastic cocktails, I made special home made truffles with orange and maple extracts mixed with liquid smoke and garnished with, you guessed it, candied bacon. And together these two were quite the pair, especially by the fire :) Everybody loves them. Enjoy the mental experience and have a great summer ;)

This stuff is amazing! Originally bought all ingredients to make it myself and it came out horrible. I just so happen to come across PROOF and gave it a shot. I couldn’t be happier! It’s so easy and convenient and tastes like one of the best Old Fashioned’s I’ve ever had!

Nice warm spicy tone, a little on the sweet side. I use about 2.5 oz Makers Mark and a little less than .5 oz. Proof (I like the regular). Shake it cold as the devil and don't forget the garnish ! T Rex

I really enjoyed the bottle of Traditional I ordered! So much so, that I reordered on Dec. 8th, as soon as I had a half bottle left so I wouldn't run out during the holidays. I also bought the Maple Bacon, which my wife thought sounded good. Here we are, it's Dec. 26th, we've been out for awhile, and no delivery. I emailed over a week ago and was assured the orders placed before Dec. 13th would arrive before Christmas.

Great, quick, easy, consistent and just damn good. Buy two bottles when you know you have family coming over. Get fancy with toasting an orange and large ice cube or drink like us, cup- ice-bourbon-splash of PROOF. Done. Damn good!

Thoroughly enjoyed your product. This was a test run for Thanksgiving. A no nonsense Old Fashion. It was spectacular. No one bothered taking pictures of the final showing on Thanksgiving. They were too busy drinking. The Proof was in the glass!!!!

Proof traditional is delicious. I usually drink bourbon neat or on the rocks, but with Proof, sometimes a good ol' fashioned is in order. Faster, easier and tastier than making the concoction from scratch. Chin-chin!

I bought both the traditional and the maple bacon. Super easy, perfect cocktail everytime. The only problem I had was that the lid on the maple bourbon was cracked when I opened it and so I had to transfer it to another bottle. Don’t expect it to last long... so should not go bad.
