Liquid Shilajit is the best form to get Shilajit. It is the purest product with the least refinement. It's also easier to handle with the least wait time and possesses the highest absorbability in both the gut and sublingually to the brain.Unfortunately it’s the most expensive. I shake and put 2 pumps (squirts) in warm water. Taste is not terrible at all. In fact it tastes way better than the black seed oil which I also take.
