There was some miscommunication with shipping, but once that was straightened out the boots came quickly. The boots are good looking, well made, of quality materials and appear durable, but a bit narrow. I am a farmer and because of an old injury only wear zero drop shoes. I’ve purchased from xero and vivobarefoot and found their footwear to be of good quality and with a wider, more comfortable toe box.

I normally wear size 7-7.5 shoes (23.8cm long, 8.9cm wide). I originally ordered a size 7.5, thinking socks would fluff out the boot. I ended up buying a 6.5 for a more appropriate fit with socks, so be very careful measuring your foot and use the size chart. The new Talmidge is a lot wider than it looks in the images on the website. It takes some getting used to their appearance on your feet (they feel a little like clown-shoes at first, to be honest). I like the product but was very disappointed to have to pay over €20 for customs feea when the boots were delivered. This has put me off ever ordering from your site in the future. I think this is very unfair.

These are nice shoes and they are well made. However I prefer a wider toe'd fit; even though I have slim feet and there is ample room length ways, I find I cannot spread my toes as much as I would like. I do like the leather and the style and I will give them a go - hopefully the leather will be soft enough to allow my feet to shape them :)

I have pain in my feet and thought I would give these a try. And to make a long story short the pain seems to gradually be going away the more I wear them so I will give them a little more time . I find them comfortable but since I work on ladders on a daily basis a thicker sole might be in order to pad the bottom of my feet a little better. I also purchased a pair of the boots to wear when am not at work.

I went through a couple of sizes till I got to the right fit. I normally wear a size 10 but, I had to get a size 9 in the Baxter boot. No big deal, customer service was great when switching sizes. Great color and fit of the leather. I recommend these boots, they’re probably the most stylish of the barefoot boot options

There is no doubt that the boots are beautifully made. Follow the recommended sizing, in most shoes I wear size 6, the size 5 fit well.The footbed has a little bit of give and feels nice, though I have not yet worn them enough to feel they have molded to my foot. I love the look of the Talmadge, however I wonder whether for me, one of the lace up styles would have felt better, so that it would feel more like a glove on my foot for a more natural step. Super comfy and stylish Got these barefoot shoes at a discounted price and I’m so thrilled I snagged a pair. They are really comfy and look great with most any outfit. It’s still pretty chilly in upstate New York and these have kept my feet warm and happy while out and about. They’re a little ‘stiff’ to begin with but they’re softening up and getting more comfy each time I wear them. Thanks for a great pair of shoes, Davinvi Footwear!
