I was skeptical about ever receiving my Chimmy pillow because it took almost 2 months to get to me via mail. Lunar Noona did provide a tracking number and I was able to follow the progress of my package. With the pandemic and my remote location, I understand why it took so long to arrive. Happy to have it and LOVE the product. Customer service at Lunar Noona was responsive to my requests and the product is good quality, super cute and soft!

It came as expected, just a little late. The box was slightly dented, but that probably had to do with the shipping process. I opened it, and it was perfectly fine! It works well, the light is bright, and it actually connects to the official lightstick app. It's crazy to see just how many colors you can choose! I loved it, and I'm so happy! I finally have a BTS Army Bomb!
