I love them! I believe the plushies are legitimate merchandise (I compared them to my LINE store purchases). They were packaged carefully (no weird smells or detectable damage). The shipping took a little while since each were shipped separately but still arrived within a few days of each other so I’m not complaining because the wait was worth it. Customer service was quick & very friendly when I emailed them about tracking & even sent me a cute pen as a gift!

Love it! Cooky is so adorable and soft. It even came with an extra gift, a mang pen which I'm obsessed with. Although, it did take a while to get here, around 2 months. All in all, my product is in good condition and I'm satisfied even though it took a while to come :)

This was my first BTS purchase along with a great bag. I was looking for something understated so that I could wear it in almost any setting. This was the only site that could read my mind. This hoodie is well made. Its not overly thick so you can be comfy in it without sweltering. The single logo is perfect for what I wanted. hi i loved the product and it came in perfect shape so i give you a 10/10000 also miss BTS so i sleep with it now and it does not brake. one thing is that you should charge 1$ more for a battery because if it came with batterys that are full of energy then I would not mind paying that one more doller but make it a opposition so we can know that we are getting batterys, other then that you are amazing!!!!!!

I ordered them thinking a size 40 is the same as a standard size of 8 in women’s shoe sizes, but it was actually smaller and fit a standard women’s size 4. Fortunately, I had someone else who could where them instead of me. They were still good quality and felt very durable.

This bag is so great. It's sturdy and well made. It carries my 2 laptops with no problem. The various pockets makes it easy for me to keep things nice and organized. Several adjustment rings so that you can get your most comfortable fit. Would recommend. Plus side it draws interest to non ARMY and I get to educate them :) Thanks for having such a great product
