Customer service has set the bar (pun intended) so high! I originally left a four stars only because I was missing the grip foam on the bars, they immediately reached out and offered to resolve the issue immediately. My daughter loves this thing, she has been on it all day and now she is going to love it even more with added comfort! I’ll recommend this company to anyone! Kids love it!! It can definitely hold 3 children. I purchased it believing it would hold 1500 lbs. but the instruction manual says 375 lbs weight limit. So I am bit confused about this. Nevertheless it’s working out great. We have had it assembled less than 2 weeks. Hoping to have it a long time.

While you definitely need multiple people to assemble; I'm so glad we purchased this for our 4 kids and all our friends and family to enjoy! The kids are having a blast, while burning off excess energy. Gives me a chance to get things done or cook dinner while they have fun playing in the yard. (I can see them from back door window). Very easy to assemble. Grandkids are coming over this weekend to try out. Delivery was as expected within couple days after order placement. One box had damage on both ends and partially open but all components were inside and not lost. Love the product.

Love it! Fun for the whole family. Just be aware the larger sizes come in multiple boxes that may not all arrive together. I had a small issue where 2/3 boxes were delivered and the tracking said delivery complete. I wish I had tracking on each box rather than the entire set at once. Everything arrived in good order, just frustrated for 1 evening.

This is absolutely the perfect tramp! We don’t have a huge yard so this rectangular design fits nicely. We found it easy to assemble and all the parts were included in the two delivery boxes. It’s very high quality and well made. The kiddos couldn’t be happier; they love it.

They shipped it out fast, even though fed ex took longer than excepted to deliver and eventually arrived with a hole in the box and several missing pieces. Kangaroo hoppers responded immediately and had the parts delivered within 2 days! Very satisfied with this company. The quality of the trampoline is outstanding and the set up was easy enough for my self and 10 year old to do.

We absolutely give Kangaroo Hoppers a thumbs up! The shipment came without the manual. Easy set up, about an hour 1/2. If you don’t have experience setting up a trampoline it might take some patience. I found the manual online. I could have contacted them too, but my kiddos were anxious. The product exceeded my expectations and the basketball hoop was icing on the cake! Thanks Kangaroo Hoppers! A lot of memories to come with my three kiddos!

When the trampoline arrived, we had 15 missing springs due to a very damaged box. I contacted the seller, and they sent me the missing springs once they verified the pictures I took of the damaged box. Now that the trampoline is completely assembled, we’ve greatly enjoyed it.

Great buy, I really liked the increased weight capacity as my kids are a little older and can now all safely jump together. Pretty easy to assemble took me and 3 kids about 5 hours but I also did the springs wrong the first time, so if you put the springs on the marked holders the first time you can cut that down significantly. Also worth noting I thought some screws were missing but they were just small and in the bigger bad, customer service had sent me new ones before I realized my error.

Was able to put this trampoline up at night with a spot light. It was pretty easy with three people helping to hold up any parts just because of the size, absolutely amazing and it has such a wonderful bounce to it. My children and myself absolutely love it 🥰

My kids absolutely love spending more time in our backyard now ever since we put this together! Nothing was missing once delivered. The material is great quality! The only thing I feel would be a huge plus is if the latter was to have padding over it since kids go up and down without shoes. Hopefully that could be something to consider in the future. Overall, it’s been a smooth experience and my kids are very happy. Thank you!

We got this trampoline for our 13 yr old daughter as an Easter gift. She ABSOLUTELY loves it!!! The set up was very easy for my husband. He managed to set it up fairly quickly with a friends help. I was a little worried when we received the packages being that they were VERY beat up . Boxes were torn and opened to the point that u could see a big portion of the contents but luckily all the parts were there . The delivery was SUPER fast and we received it within a few days of ordering.

We love the trampoline and are excited to find one that has more than a 250ibs limit. The instructions weren’t great but the website has a how to video that helped. A few pieces came in with holes or cracked and the company was quick to replace them.

Definitely worth the money in my opinion. I put the 15ft trampoline together by myself in about 4 hours. As for the basketball hoop.. I don't like and I was having trouble putting it on the trampoline. So, I just didn't put it on the trampoline. However, I did not buy this trampoline for the basketball hoop. I would recommend this trampoline to anyone. Thanks Kangaroo Hoppers for making an awesome trampoline!

Assembly wasn’t bad. Only annoying thing was the frame wanted to fall apart until I got a couple springs attached to the mat. But that could have been because my yard is t 100% level. Assembled it by myself in a little over an hour.

Once received it took about 2 hours for one person with a little help here and there from one additional person just like in the video. LOL -we're still trying to figure out the basketball net and how to attach since it doesn't say in the instructions-- we figured we'd just watch the video again since it helped - most reviews indicate we don't have to cut the net to attach the hoop so I will state that here again. It's nice to see my8 year old son put down minecraft to jump for a while.
