As with any device you need to use it regularly and correctly and with a product to target the areas you require results
Intially it’s a odd feeling of placing your hand inside the device and the massage and very gentle heat - I’ve been using it daily for 10-15 mins and my hands certainly have improved in appearance and feel - a lot softer to touch
