Quality of hair is good, however, I would have liked pre cut, now the line becomes too obvious I'm wearing a wig. And another thing I don't like is that the hair is falling/weak as evidence by it being all over the clothes I'll be wearing even my bathroom hair all over 🫠

This ponytail is my absolute go to. It’s thick, long and sheds very little. Love it love it love it❤️

The service I received was below standard. I ordered via hair city for faster delivery and quality hair. The item was delivered after 11 days and when it arrived it only had one comb for clip in which makes it useless as a clip in pony. And the response I got from their support channel was that sometimes it happens that it comes with one clip. How can one clip the back side and leave it loose on the front. This was such a waste of time, effort and money.
