At first, I was disappointed with the 22-inch ponytail because it looked short and thin. However, after styling and combing it, it resembled the pictures, and I ended up happy with the product. I suggest Hair City include styling instructions and labels inside the box to prevent confusion about the appearance.

It would be nice if the cap size/netting would be adjustable. The cap is too big for a bald head but it still deserves a good rating because it's made to accommodate those with afros or cornrows. The joining of the cap/closure and elastic is a bit too hard and painful around the ear-ear, as if made from harden plastic. It's not fiber or cotton soft and not too comfortable for a long day's wear. Maybe it shouldn't have been piled up together in one spot but spread and individually sown on for it ...
