Long delivery time so i contacted Customer Service to chase up, i received very quick response and it looks like the hold up was the courier company so not Happy Poppys fault. It eventually arrived just feel a little hesitant to order any further items due to poor courier company.

I bought this enrichment toy for my dog as I always try to give him his meals in more engaging ways. This has been a hit! The carrots fit snugly into the holes making it a challenge but still rewarding for them. It is relatively sturdy and can be washed too which is great as it does get a bit slobbery! Good quality product. My dog loves to play fetch with the carrots. Being a nervous dog, he takes a little while to explore a new toy but he seemed to enjoy this one straight away. Even though he has a long snout, he struggles to retrieve a treat from the bottom of the holes as they are quite narrow.

My kitty loves it. He usually hates being brushed or combed and runs a mile but he finds this quite soothing and rubs the sides of his face up against the comb. It’s really good at removing fur. Indy absolutely loves it. I have to hide it and he sits at the cupboard door waiting for me to get it out. As an indoor cat, it makes him exercise as he would do if trying to catch a bird outside. Another plus is the wire which attaches the bird, as he can't chew it! Best toy ever.

If there were 10 stars I would give them. My cat absolutely loves this toy. Not so much when it is attached to the floor (which does work well) but especially when his humum is playing with him. The feathers do come off the attachments easily, but then he is very rough with them. It would be good if spare attachments were available to buy. I would definitely recommend this toy.
