It's early days as Alfie has been wearing his collar for just over a week, but early indications show that it seems to be working well. Lovely Cat bed/scratcher, luckily undamaged...the only negatives were it took 2 weeks to arrive, with no replies from the Company,as to what was happening with my order. Thought I'd been scammed. The packaging was also very poor. Needed a box and bubble wrap to insulate the cardboard scratcher from inevitable knocks in transit. Just in a thin ripped plastic bag. Poor. Won't be using the Company again.

This is my 2nd scratch lounge in 3 months. Not that my cats have destroyed it, rather they are all trying to use it at the same time. 3 adults and a kitten cannot all sleep comfortably on it. They loved it from the minute I unwrapped it, yes they use it as a scratching surface, but they sleep on it for hours. Best buy I made for them. Thanks.

It's a lovely soft bed. I've put catnip in it to encourage my cats to use it. One goes into the cave, chews on the catnip and comes out. The other one has ignored it. Like many cats she likes boxes best. If all else fails I can use it as a foot warmer. I expect they will discover it when the weather gets really cold.

It’s the only scratch pad my cat will use! Having attacked the sofa, carpet and bed we were pulling our hair out trying to encourage Jazz to use a scratch pad. She was having none of it, until we found this Happy Poppy scratch pad. She scratches and sleeps on it. So I’ve now bought more to have around the house. The replaceable pad is a great idea. I’m a happy customer.

This item, simple though it looks, needs set up instructions. The order you assemble it can be crucial. I ended up with the two straight pieces, and had to figure out where to put them, as the picture did not show it. Also at the end the tension can be strained and therefore difficult to fit the pieces. A simple diagram would have helped. Our cat did not get interested the item until I changed the slope to a shallow angle. Now she attacks it with gusto.

It would help if description explained that you have to remove the screws to change positions. The wood is solid and I didn’t have any problems setting up, but the actual scratching material wasn’t broad enough to fit snugly. This means that there’s a large gap at one side, although this hasn’t stopped my cat using it. Mainly to lounge on.
