Overall, I like the custom trucker hat… a little lower quality than I expected but I will enjoy wearing it. The part that need to be improved is the proof process, the link initially was lost in my spam… after contacting support I was able to approve my proof and it was fast shipping after the approval was made… Sat in approval for 20 days but was able to get assistance with my order through Facebook messenger. product is great! waterproof and high quality for the back window of cars. The process is not so good. the app left all revisions blank which made it difficult to approve. luckily I had placed an order in january and just wanted that duplicated. It took days for anyone to get back to me. not sure if you have a place to just place re-orders. that would be nice. Thanks, love your product and quality
